This post is dedicated to the Rules and Conditions of TD Corp.
I. Scope
Unless otherwise noted, the rules, agreements, and conditions displayed in this post apply to ALL members of TD Corp, regardless of rank or community status.
II. TD Rules
(a) Members that create an asset for TD Corp agree to the following:
i. Creating assets specifically for TD Corp, and allowing fair use of said asset
ii. Giving their asset to TD, and cannot take ownership of the asset after it has been created under the TD Brand
iii. Their assets MUST meet quality standards in both functionality and display
iv. If they are to leave TD Corp or are exiled, TD Corp will continue to retain their assets created under the TD Brand
(b) Members of TD Corp shall NEVER create an inappropriate asset. This includes, but is not limited to:
i. Inappropriate models of characters (Both ROBLOXian and non-ROBLOXian)
ii. Inappropriate images
iii. Place or game that depicts inappropriate actions
(c) Members shall not copy another's work. This includes, but is not limited to:
i. Stolen models
ii. The use of other assets in their work (Chassis, meshes, and audio do not apply)
(d) Posting a link to a non-TD asset is not allowed (A severe offense may occur if the link is non-ROBLOX related!)
(e)DO NOT ADVERTISE
i. Please do NOT advertise your group, game, or other item if it is not TD related
ii. Please do not ask for donations on our group wall, and NEVER ask for donations from HR's. We have busy lives, and do not want to take the time to read a useless PM asking for donations. Besides, we got that ROBUX with our money that we EARNED.
III. Vehicle Customs
(a) Customs of different cars are allowed, but must follow the asset rules (Listed above)
(b) Before creating the custom, ask the vehicle creator for permission. (Especially if the vehicle is not manufactured by TD)
(c) If the custom is for another player, ask TD Corp's President and the car creator, as redistribution of vehicles may not be tolerated by them, depending on the vehicle in question.
IV. Promotions
(a) Members may be promoted differently, depending on how they're doing in TD.

Fan: Default rank when a user joins TD
Basic Builder: Obtained by creating at least 1 approved model
Basic Scripter: Obtained by creating at least 1 approved script
Basic Audio Creator: Obtainbed by creating at least 3 approved audios
--MR Ranks--
Moderate Builder: Obtained by creating at least 5 approved models with decent quality
Moderate Scripter: Obtained by creating at least 5 approved scripts with decent quality
Moderate Audio Creator: Obtained by creating at least 6 approved audios
Advanced Builder: Obtained by creating at least 10 approved models with great quality
Advanced Scripter: Obtained by creating at least 10 approved scripts with great quality
Advanced Audio Creator: Obtained by creating at least 10 approved audios

Head of Security: Obtained by showing satisfactory effort as a security member (Only four members may be a HoS at a time)
Group Developer: Group Devs are hand-picked by TD's President, Vice President, and Chairman of the Board
Board of Directors: Board members are hand picked by our President and Vice President (Only ten members may be a board member at a time)
Chairman of the Board: The Chairman of the Board is reserved for only 1 member at a time, and is hand-picked by the President
Vice President: The Vice President is reserved for only 1 member at a time, and is hand-picked by the President
Presidential Alts: This rank is for the Presidents alts, and will not be given to the public during any moment
President: TD's current company owner
V. Punishment
(a) Not pertaining to these rules may result in various punishments, depending on how severe or how many times the offense at hand occurs.
i. First offense(Ignoring staff/small rules) A warning
ii. Second offense(Ignoring staff/small rules a second time) A warning
iii. Third offense(Talking back to staff/ignoring large rules) A demotion
iv. Fourth offense(Cursing in a TD Game or in the group/Repeating bad behavior/Creating an inappropriate asset) A severe demotion/User is exiled
v. Fifth offense(Repeatedly cursing in a TD Game or in the group/Creating multiple inappropriate assets) An instant exile and a permanent ban from ALL TD Corp games.
(b) The user committing the offense will receive a message by TD Corp's President(The Subject will be "TD Corp (OFFENSE SEVERITY)". The message will contain what they did, and how severe the offense is, as well as their punishment (If any). If the user does not have their Private Messaging open to followers or everyone, the member will still be marked down from their offense, but not notified.
VI. Contractual Obligations
(a) By joining TD Corp, you accept to take part in what is put in front of you. You are to follow all rules, and obey what the High-Ranking staff members say. If you are to leave TD, and rejoin, you will have to re-gain your rank via the promotion system again. If you are to permanently leave TD, any and all assets you have created under the TD Brand will still be under ownership of TD, and you may NOT try to reclaim them as yours.
