I'm not entirely sure how to explain this idea, but I'll do my best. Basically, imagine if you had two spheres, one was red, one was blue. You then union them together to get a big egg shape, with one half being red, the other half being blue. Now, the idea is that when you click on that Union, in the Properties or whatever it's called tab(The thing listing position, size, color) you would see a section called Palette. The Palette would list every color in the Union, in this case being Red and Blue. You could then click on the color in the list, and it would give you the option of picking a new color. So lets say you selected Red, then chose the new color to be Purple. The union would then change all sections of it that are Red into purple. So you now have a Purple and Blue egg. The point of this idea would be to list and be able to easily change the individual colors in a union that has multiple colors, which would be much faster than the current method of just separating everything, recoloring, and reunioning it all together again.

Support, but it might be hard to implement in complex shapes.

@FPSP. Yeah, it might be, I'm not entirely sure how they would go about setting it up so I really have no idea.

solid models sre exported with textures onto the roblox website and if you look for certain ids in the developer library you might end up on a 'solid model' and the texture is ignored when turning on UsePartColor
