There was a miscommunication on a certain war term regarding the defender to raider ratio. That's being sorted out at the moment.

- There will be VAK-TRA only scripts at both bases
- All division and 'fun' weaponry will be removed from both bases
- Vehicle spawns changed from 4 mins to 5 mins at Tonigrad
- Bullet wounds and blood removed
- Once the war has started, no base updates will be made without consent from the opposing HiCOM
- A raiding schedule will be implemented. Raiding times are as following: 12 PM EST - 10 PM EST - weekdays 11 AM EST - 11 PM EST - weekends
- Each side is required to wear their clan's uniforms while raiding/defending
- Defenses gone unacknowledged for 40 minutes will result in a raid loss for the defending side
- Defenders win if raiders fail to win before an hour and 40 minutes
- Defense wins count for .5 of a victory
- Raids/defenses exploited will be voided [intentional exploiting will result in penalty]
- Admin commands (kick/ban, etc.) should only be used if the opposition's raid commander approves
- War will begin September 17th, 2016 and will last until October 8th, 2016
- The clan with the most wins by the end of the war is the victor"
