These are the official rules for what each rank is assigned to do.

Pending: Pendings, are required to attend exams and read the rules. Also to continue to become stronger in gaiden and OACB.
Branch House: Your duty is to be respected members of the clan, and help the pendings with what they are supposed to do in the clan. Also be friendly to them.
Branch Elder: Your job is to be wise and helpful in Clan Meetings, Exams, and Trainings. You are not allowed to host exams, but you are allowed to host trainings. Your job is to also help make sure exams go smoothly.
Branch Council: Your job is to host Pending to Branch House exams and make sure to be active. Each Council member will be assigned to a rank on what they are supposed to do.

Instructor- Instructors main duty is to host exams and trainings. Notibly a strong member of the Branch House. Instructors make sure exams are rank properly by the Council, and to make sure trainings run smoothly. You ensure that the Branch house grows in strength and get proper trainings.
Lore Keeper- This branch is in charge of making sure that each rank wears the proper uniform, and to keep the lore going throughout the group. Your job is to help the Branch grow in knowledge and allow for it to be prosperous.
Mediator- This branch is assigned to keeping peace throughout the clan and resolving all problems. You also act as a moderator on the wall and meetings for the Branch House.
Scout- The scouts duty is to investigate any suspicious activity going on within Branch house, or with allying clans. Also to watch the branch house for any spies. (Report this the Branch House Leaders
[NOTE] Even if you are not an instructor you are still required to host exams. It is just that the Instructor branch hosts exams more often.
Branch House Leader: Your job is to solve any reports, and also to host many exams and choose new Council members. It is important that you are well-respected and active. You are also choose members into the Branch Council, but first should notify the Main Council.
Main House: The main house is supposed to be the strongest and smartest of the clan. Your job is to set a good example, and be mature. You must also continue to grow in your strength. You must also help when the clan needs help exams if they are being disrupted.
Main Elder: Main Elders are the most respected members of the clan.Your job is to be a good influence towards the lower ranks and help solve problems in the clan. You must also have great grammar and be a good leader. You are also allowed to host exams and trainings. (Excluding Main House)
Main Council: Your job is to host Pending to Branch House exams and make sure to be active. Each Council member will be assigned to a rank on what they are supposed to do.

Lore Keeper- This branch is in charge of making sure that each rank wears the proper uniform, and to keep the lore going throughout the group. You are noted to be a respected member. Your job is to give knowledge about Okida and help the clan to grow and be prosperous.
Mediator- This branch is assigned to keeping peace throughout the clan and resolving all problems within the clan.. You also act as a moderator on the wall and meetings. Your job is to also make sure that the lower ranks shout properly. (Report to the Chief if there are still problems)
Scout- The scouts duty is to investigate any suspicious activity going on within Branch house, or with allying clans. Also to watch the branch house for any spies. (Report this the Main House Leaders or Chief.) You are also to get intel on other clans, and see what they are up to. (Report this to the Chief)
Diplomat- Your job is to try and work with alliances with other clans globally. You act as an ambassador, and also help keep order in the Clan. You are a vocal leader in the clan and help establish order inside of the clan.(Report this to the chief)

Main House Leader: One of the strongest members of the clan, and help to keep the clan standing with order. You also read applications and make sure that the best and qualified members are chosen for the best job.
