THE CLONE ARMY OF THE GALACTIC REPUBLIC [TCAGR] ---- THIS IS THE OFFICIAL TCAGR CONSTITUTION. THESE GUIDELINES ARE TO BE FOLLOWED BY EVERYONE. NO ONE IS IMMUNE TO THE LAW*. ---- CHAPTERS: i. Officer Academy ii. Promotions iii. Trainings iv. Admin v. Senate vi. Leaders vii. Crimes viii. Divisions ---- CHAPTER i [OFFICER ACADEMY]: si: "Admission" : In order for one to be accepted into the OA one must have achieved the rank of E6 in the primary group. sii: "Phases" : Once accepted into the Officer Academy, one will be put into Phase I (Interviews). To progress between Phases you must complete certain tasks (that are related to the titles i.e: "Interviews", "Leadership"). One may ask an "Officer Trainer" to host an event in order for one to complete their phase. **PASSING IN A FIRST ATTEMPT IS NOT GUARANTEED** siii: "Trainers" : For one to become a Trainer, they must have passed the Officer Academy themselves and have reach the rank of at least 05. If said trainer abuses their power, then they will be black listed from the officer academy and trialled (charges listed in Chapter: vii). ---- CHAPTER ii [PROMOTIONS]: si: "Earning a Promotion" : For one to earn a promotion, one must attend trainings regularly and display exceptional abilities. Promotions are also achievable through [patrols/raids/practice raids]. sii: "Free ranking" : Free ranking is an illegal action of altering someones rank without justification. This can be either demoting OR promoting. (To see charges, see Chapter: vii). ---- CHAPTER iii [TRAININGS]: si: "Hosting" : In order for one to host a training, one must have surpassed the rank of O2 "Captain". sii: "Attending" : Hosts of trainings will also be required to announce which ranks are eligible for promotion within the shout, e.g: "[E1-E5] Training at (training area)". siii: "Timetables" : As of yet, no set timetable is in place for trainings, primarily due to difficulties finding all time-zone appropriate trainings. However, asking an O2+ for a training is allowed (if not done excessively). siv: "Expectations" : Trainers are expected to be treated with up most respect and regard. Stretching your behavioural bounds will results in ejection from the trainings. sv: "Co-host" : A co-host, or 'co-trainer', is to have a rank of O1 or above. EXCEPTION: If said co-host may only be in the rank below O1 if the training is being hosted by an Officer Academy trainer and the co-host is undergoing appropriate training in order to advance in the Officer Academy. ---- CHAPTER iv [ADMIN]: si: "Ranks" : In order for one to earn admin commands, one must be an O5 "Commander" or above. sii: "Giving admin" : Giving anyone else admin is PROHIBITED, consequences can be see in Chapter vii. siii: "Abuse" : Abuse is using admin in any way to disrupt game play, escape an area or for faster travel. These rules are designed to be taken explicitly, however, any other form of abuse which has not be listed is still prohibited. (For charges, see Chapter: vii) ---- CHAPTER V [SENATE]: si: "Senators" : For one to become a Senator, one much go through the process of, and succeed, in elections. Failure to pass these requirements will count as free rankings, and you will be removed from the senate promptly. sii: "Powers" : Senators are political figures, not commanding officers. Senators may only provide commands to the Senate Guard. However, this does not mean any soldier may disregard everything a senator says completely. If a senator asks for privacy, or simple tasks done (e.g moving away from a door), it is basic manner to accept these polite requests. siii: "Terms" : A single term for a Senator is 2 months. Every 2 months a new election will be hosted. A senator may only run for Senator two consecutive times. A term for a Speaker is 4 months, once again, a speaker may only have two consecutive terms. ---- CHAPTER VI [LEADERS]: si: "Identifying leaders" : Leaders can be identified by their rank on the leader board and their role in the TGR group, often, a Leader may have a large selection of guards surrounding them. A leaders rank will have "L[1/2/3]" next to the rank title. (E.G: "|L1| Vice Chair, Talzuk") sii: "Leaders behaviour" : Leaders often maintain a mature character, and leaders expect you to do the same. Harassing leaders is prohibited and may result in demotion. siii: "Becoming leader" : For one to become a leader, one must show loyalty and devotion to TGR. No specific rank is locked as leader, for example, if the "Vice Chair" (L1) is replaced, the replacement will NOT become an L1, as it is the USER who becomes a leader, not the rank. siv: "Powers" : Leaders (excluding L1's) are not above the law. Leaders can be taken to court for un-justifiable actions. If you see a leader abusing within TGR, report it to their superiors! ---- CHAPTER VII [CRIMES]: si: "Punishment" : Punishment can be served to any rank that is under the law. Any rank above E3 may take someone to court. sii: "Crimes" : There are different levels of crimes, and unfortunately we're unable to list them all. However, even if the crime is not listed here, and it is an un-just action, you can still be punished. Listed crimes: -Free ranking -Mass team-killing -Resisting punishment (refusing to go to court / resisting detainment) -Begging for a rank/Harassment (OF ANY SORT) of anyone -Intruding of private property within TGR (e.g; offices, meeting rooms) -Refusing orders from higher ranks -Participating riots -Bullying of any sort -Causing conflict between divisions -Impersonation of high rank -Giving orders without permission -Giving orders that are unjust. sii: "Deciding Punishment" : In court, there should be a jury of 12. Those 12 will decide if the defendant is GUILTY or NOT GUILTY. If the Jury votes majority for GUILTY, then the Judge may punish the defendant based on their crimes. However, if the Jury votes NOT GUILTY, the Judge may not argue with the jury and the case will be dismissed with no further actions. ---- CHAPTER VIII [DIVISIONS]: si: "Joining a division" : For one to join a Division, one must attend tryouts for said division and perform exceptionally and meet the standards the host approves. sii: "Division limit" : Joining more than one division is prohibited unless given authority to by an L1. siii: "Sub-Divisions" : A division you're apart of may host a sub-division. You MAY join a sub-division whilst remaining in the primary division that you're apart of. siv: "Ejection from Divisions" : In order for one to leave a division properly, one must contact a Commander of said division and ask for immediate ejection from ones current division. ---- Constitution written: 19th Septemeber 2016 Author: |Senior Commander| OMGitsGlison.
