They attempted to do everything in the weight room which one did while his friend got caught but never ratted him out. Each thing I noticed him doing something, he was doing it wrong. Bicep Curls: Started with arms bent and then curled them and then back to the bent position. Row: Stayed as close as he could and had his knees still bent and pulled it towards his masculine area. Leg Curls: Did the shortest range of motion. Preacher Curls: He used the mat that you place your arms over to bounce the weight off to do his motion. His friend made me laugh a little more though, he was using the Chest Fly machine and he couldn't figure out how to put the arms in the Chest set up (I was the last person to use the machine and I had it set up for the reverse way). He sat there for a few minutes trying to pull them to the spot he could grab them to begin trying to do them but he got confused on why they kept going back to the Reverse Fly setup.

I was to busy laughing at them cause they knew I knew. I decided not to tell anyone since everyone else just left them alone.

I laugh at the kids in my weight class who have terrible form and look like idiots when they're trying to lift way more than they can, especially on leg days

" Bicep Curls: Started with arms bent and then curled them and then back to the bent position." if i'm understanding this picture right that's actually the correct way to do bicep curls. you don't go all the way down on bicep curls you got a little over 3/4ths down so the tension doesn't go away (similar to skull crushers)
