Even if they met all the requirements I probably won't let them be accepted into WCoR.
As I don't want to support them in any way, as I was extremely upset when paul ripped off tgi
and I am upset again when he has tried to take vaks name.

Neutral? No, he has a right to make his opinion on the fake VAK. The clans allied with WCoR are their clans, not based off of another. |

Opinions and bias is fine, except when you put it into account when deciding to allow a clan into WCoR.
The only time we've removed a clan from an event was TBS when we had overwhelmingly negative opinions and removal requests. |

Pretty much, and we have lots of clans that are similar already in WCoR, last time I checked we have two variations of "imperium of man/mankind". |

Honestly I probably won't act on it but this is how I feel.
He didn't change the name at all and is acting as if it is righteous
I would have never allowed paul to be accepted if he had it when wcor was made.
Because I take the offense serious to what he has done.
Otherwise I haven't really been doing accepting and declining recently, and yeah the only time we have removed anyone with discrimination is TBS and that was just an event he could have been accepted into wcor fine but he was in development in the first place.
No one honestly uses me but I honestly don't agree with him keeping it this way, he could at least rename the clan.

FoA took the original idea of Arcadia, and reformed it.
now its back to tgi roots which is idiotic.
Vaktovian empire is a bran new name and the history behind it is also.
That is what he is copying, if he chose helghan as the name he wouldn't be copying vak he would be using kill zone.

or take into consideration (was it RSF?) that one navy group that AC originates from owned by fruitbox or whatever.
They took their lore, redeveloped it and a key member of the community renamed the clan and built it up from the ground not reusing their past as a standing but using its member base and their good standing to move forward
Same thing with FoA
This fake vak is him just pulling a paul.

Any parody group should not be allowed in WCoR or be taken seriously, PERIOD.
It's a complete mockery and if the owners couldn't come up with their own idea/theme then that's their problem. |

Then there would have to be a clear distinction between examples such as this:
-Would we accept or decline Arvorian Confederation because they took the tech and lore from RSF and made their own clan?
-Would we accept or decline a clan named TGI re-created by a guy named Paul essentially being a carbon copy under a new leader?
And then would it be considered bias if we accepted the first one and declined the second one? It's some things to consider if we did choose to change policy based on 'fake clans', and we really haven't had this issue before and likely don't even need to change anything.
Plus, his fake clan will likely die anyway imo because other clans won't raid him out of respect for the real thing.

If the clan fits the requirements your opinion should be irrelevant. The clan doesnt meet requirements and is an obvious parody but if you are trying to make wcor into anything serious showing favoritism of stuff you are close to will only make wcor weaker. |
