TbhJake4AC [Jake4AC] Want an Assistant Chief that can TRY to stop free rankings, host MR Trainings, and STILL be active to host trainings? If so, you can vote for me for AC! .Have you ever had a problem with other people getting unfairly free ranked? I want to try to stop that. A lot of (MR) Commanders deserve to be (HR) Superintendent but when people are coming in as (HR) Superintendent that pushes back others from becoming HRs. I also want to talk about favoritism. Most of the times in MR Trainings, a lot of favoritism happens, I want to stop that. I will also host some (MR) Trainings as make them fair. This also comes along with the fact that I am not really friends with Lower ranks because I do not want to show favoritism at trainings. Also, I will try my hardest to stop raging and immaturity on the group wall. A lot of arguments on the group wall are pathetic and immature. I would really want everyone to atleast get along in DPD. Yes, I promise I will still host a couple of trainings a week. Due to school and other things (Traveling) I may only host 2 or 3 trainings a week. I will be sure to make an inactivity notice for everyone to know I am out. This is what I will try to accomplish in Docklands Police Department. I have been an (HR) Superintendent since July 1, 2016.
