Laws
-===============================================================================-
Fighting
I. Fighting in the Oblitary kingdoms is allowed, but there are some rules.
II. Random killing is against the rules. (In the Oblitary kingdoms random killing is approaching a group of people talking with their swords away and attacking them)
III. If a person pulls a sword on you it gives you the right of self defense. If they put it away later it is your call rather or not to keep fighting.
IV. Fighting is limited to weapons. Do not use harsh words to other players in order to belittle them. Cyber bullying is strictly prohibited and can easily get you exiled. (Unless you are doing this in a sense of role play and the person you are saying it to is fully aware)
V. If a person attacks you for no reason whatsoever you are allowed to get revenge but only the amount of times they attacked you. Or, you can tell the city guards and let them deal with it.
Citizens
I. The killing of citizens is strictly prohibited. Do not kill anyone citizen and lower unless they have a weapon and are targeting you.
II. Citizens or under may not participate in games such as tournaments, battles, or practice battles. They are required to join a kingdom, mercenary group, or the city guard.
Mercenaries
I. A mercenary must be hired.
II. A mercenary can only do one job at a time.
III. After a mercenary does his job, anyone around the victim may avenge. There is a time limit on this though, if the mercenary can successfully evade everyone they are safe.
IV. Mercenaries never have to say who hired them to any moderator or under. If it is extremely suspicious they may be required to tell Sincerexo.
V. If a mercenary is jailed, frozen,or any other method of stopping them from running by a king or an administrator they may use these rules to get out. If the mercenary is innocent and the King, Administrator, or Moderator continues to punish them they go to Sincerexo for a trial.
VI. Only 5 mercenaries per team in battle.
City Guard
I. Any member of the city guard is not allowed to put any person under arrest without giving them a fair sentence. (For example, five minutes, ten minutes)
II. You must have a reason for putting any body in prison. If a King+ is online they will ask you why.
III. City Guards are allowed to arrest mercenaries if they catch them. (Mercenary has to have done/taken a contract in front of you)
IV. City Guards are also allowed to arrest people if they catch them hiring mercenaries.
V. The longest a sentence can be without a trial by Sincerexo is ten minutes. This is only in extreme situations such as a person that attacked a king without a contract.
Kingdoms
I. By joining a kingdom you agree to serve under your king/queen and follow his/her rules.
II. Spying on other kingdoms can result in trouble. If a spy is caught he will have a trial. The worst punishment is banishment. (This is only in extreme cases in which the purpose of the spy was to destroy a kingdom rather than just learn its weakness)
III. Changing kingdoms is allowed but you may be ranked to criminal by your old king.
Guilds/Brotherhoods
I. Once you reach Knight, you may create a Guild or Brotherhood. A Guild is an army, a Brotherhood is a place where all the same interests are followed. Ex: Religion, Trade.
II. If you are to create a Guild, you must create a Fief.
III. When you create a Fief, interest rates go up on it every month you don't have it. You gain revenue from your Fief itself. Ex: One month, 5% to the crown. Two months, 10% to the crown.
IV. A fief may be one of two things. It depends on how grand you want it to be and how much revenue you want to come from it. It could be just a simple castle, which gets the least revenue, or it could be a whole city. Your guild may have a policing force that protects it, such as a guard or watch.
V. If your Fief has low revenue, it has a large chance of being rejected by the King.
VI. Brotherhoods may have their own religion, but you may not force it upon anyone else. If the religion is deeply disturbing, it will not be accepted in the Kingdoms.
VII. With Brotherhoods, it is mandatory that you also create a Fief, but it doesn't have to be a castle. It could be a temple with a city based on your Brotherhood lore around it.
VIII. Revenue in a Brotherhood depends on the grandness of the Fief and trade. If you do not have high revenue, you will most likely not be accepted as a Fief.
Free-Ranking
I. Free ranking is NOT tolerated in the Five Kingdoms.
II. If you are a King, and you are caught free ranking by Sincerexo, you will face severe punishment.
III. If you free rank again, you will go to trial. If found guilty, you will be executed, and your Kingdom will vote on who takes your place if you do not have a claimant.
IV. If the claimant free ranks, the Emperor may decide who rules it.
V. If they free rank, they will get the same treatment as the previous King.
VI. If they free rank, the community manager decides with a vote of the community.
Kings
I. You agree to treat your kingdom well and be kind to your subjects.
II. If a member leaves your kingdom you may rank them criminal but only once. Their rank may be changed by a moderator.
III. You will not advertise your own group outside of the kingdom. (Can end in banishment)
IV. You are not allowed to abuse admin in any way.
V. You may not use any kill commands or god/ff/health to unfair amounts.
VI. If you ever lose your crown in a rebellion, war, or anything else you may try to earn it back.
VII. If you do lose your crown you will not do anything bad such as demote everyone, admin abuse while you still have your admin, or any other bad acts.
VIII. You will continuously work to grow you kingdom along with activity. If a king fails to do this but no other kingdoms want to fight them for their kingship, they may be removed by Sincerexo.
Kingsguard
I. The Kingsguard do not respond to anyone but the Emperor and Lord Commander.
II. If a member is disrespectful towards citizens in any way, they will be punished.
III. If a Kingsguard violates any laws, they will stand trial and be executed if found guilty, meaning they lose their rank and character.
IV. The Kingsguards follows the rules the Lord Commander puts up for them to follow. If they do not follow them, it will result in demotion.
Admins
I. You will not kick/ban without reason.
II. No killing, invincibility, high health, unfair advantage commands.
III. No admin abuse of any kind.
IV. For each offense you will receive one warning, at three warnings you can be taken to trial. (Worst punishment is losing your admin and rank)
Founder
I. I, Sincerexo, agree to not abuse my admin and be fair.
II. I will not let favoritism towards a kingdom or its king stop me from making fair decisions in a battle.
III. Sincerexo is not allowed to join other kingdoms. He is only allowed to join mercenary groups and the city guard. This does not prevent him from fighting in battles |
