Injunction upon the United States Military Army
WHEREAS, The United States Army has been presiding over military cases within an unapproved court system
WHEREAS, Only the Federal Courts and the Supreme Court are within Nightgaladeld's U.S.A's Constitution;
WHEREAS, Only Congress has the power to create inferior courts
WHEREAS, The Uniform Code of Military Justice Act was never passed by Congress so the UCMJ is not in effect nor can any military personnel be tried in court under Military Jurisdiction
WHEREAS, All military cases are to be taken by the Federal Courts
WHEREAS, The Federal Courts see the definition of a court as the following:
"a tribunal presided over by a judge, judges, or a magistrate in civil, military and criminal cases"
IT IS ORDERED;
The United States Army discontinue holding trials in any degree resulting in a verdict of any kind. Any verdicts reached within the past 24 hours are to be nullified and voided. Any verdicts found after the presentation of this injunction will be found in contempt of court. Any military official found to be in violation of Title Code 18 of the U.S code be prosecuted through the Federal Courts and through the proper procedures of the Federal Courts.
The United States Army has 24 hours to comply with this order. They must PM the issuer of this injunction once they have done so. Failure to comply with this order will result in contempt of court.
