This is a petition written by myself, and also supported by many members of the government.
We, the citizens of the State of Rockport, and also the government officials that have the voice of the citizens, would like to establish Rockport State Police once and for all.
We've been waiting for a LONG time to add Rockport State Police and to remove the group; "The Robloxian Cops" from its jurisdiction in Rockport cities. However, it has never happened. We've been treated like trash for not being realistic in the Ro-State/Ro-Nation community, and myself, personally, would like to stop that.
Thus, I have spoke with the Government Officials in the last two hours to come up with this petition.
Let me tell you why RSP should be implemented into the State of Rockport and all of its cities.
Rockport State Police gives a sense of realism and gives more a professional look to the State of Rockport. If we were to have a State Police, we would legitimately enforce the laws with actual people willing to become a trooper.
Rockport State Police wouldn't have a regular "1 Training = 1 Promotion" policy, but we would have more realistic academy-like tactics. We won't spend 10+ hours on the entire POST academy thing.
Instead, we would have normal classes with introducing officers to laws and to make them familiar with laws, unlike our current law enforcement, that doesn't have a focus to state laws in trainings.
We wouldn't have overlooked rules that aren't enforced, nor will we have any long punishments. Rockport State Police would be belonging to the government, serving the government. We would have the ability to sue and punish the high commanding officers in the Rockport State Police, unlike in TRC, where we cannot do anything to a unnecessary 1 year suspension time, etc. We won't have a biased Internal Affairs in the Rockport State Police, because we would have the Department of Justice/Department of Internal Affairs to enforce rules.
Personally, this isn't an attack to #### nor to remove the powers of #### ### would be an actual war clan, like the old days, ### ## make a designated patrol city for The Robloxian Cops to patrol locally in the City of Remmington. However, the Rockport State Police will have overall jurisdiction in the State of Rockport.
