Why Do I keep Lagging?

So normally ROBLOX will run smooth for me in pretty much all games, But now lately I've been lagging HORRIBLY in ALL games. I have no idea what the problem is.

That happens - maybe your computer is slow - but it stops after a while so just see - but if nothing happens then it might be about your computer?...

you have a bad graphic card or your internet connection is bad.

Well, I know its not my Wifi becuase everything else on my PC runs smoothly and the wifi is great.
