startup error i haven't seen before. help?

hi guys, recently my laptop updated to windows 10 version 1607. now, whenever i start the ROBLOX program via web or file shortcut, this error occurs. i've tried un-installing it but the error still pops up. An error occurred while starting ROBLOX Details: Http Open Request failed for GET http x setup x roblox x com/version x guid3284, Error Code: 6 the "x" are there to prevent anything from being hashtags. some symbols had to be altered or removed.

It's a download error, Try un-installing, shut down your PC or Laptop, Then re-install it if this doesn't work EmaiI ROBLOX

alright so i deleted any traces of the roblox program from my hard drive, and tried to re-install. however, the problem still persists. i've troubleshooted the issue and it turns out my current version of windows is incompatible with the current version of roblox. to make matters worse, i deleted the past version of windows so i can't revert back to my previous version of windows. looks like i'll have to wait for a newer, compatible version of roblox or do some magic tricks to resolve this. i will continue to look into this.

k so looks like the issue fixed overnight. i'll have to thank the roblox gods for that.
