My idea is that whenever you say something someone else has said exactly, you "bump" the post and it shows the original poster. There would also be a question mark on the post that says how much people have said the same thing and if you put your mouse over it, it will list the people that have "bumped" the post. That way, the original poster gets credit for what they have posted. This can also be used to find out the person who made up a certain spam.
This thread also has something to do about the comment section. The idea is to stop spam, the idea is here:
