Welcome to interviews. You may think interviewing someone seems very easy for experts, but can be hard and confusing for those who's interviewing for the first time. Please read this to guide you through interviews. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ~HOSTING INTERVIEWS~ Step 1: Please put a notice on discord that you are hosting a session. Ex: Session 1: 4:00AM PHT. MysticalKittyCat. If you are a Supervisor, you must include who gave you permission to host when shouting. Step 2: When you plan to host, be sure to group shout that interviews will be held. Ex: Interview Session! | Host: [username] | Co-host: [username]). Remember, if you are Supervisor, ask permission from Manager+ . Don't forget to add who gave you permission to host. Step 3: Once everyone came to the interviews, s-lock the server. NOTE: Please don't ask for TA on the group shout. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ~INTROS BEFORE INTERVIEWING~ Step 1: You may tell MRs and HRs to stand in front of the desk, while you and your co-host sits in the chairs. Before you could introduce yourself, don't forget to tell everybody to sit down or they will be kicked. Step 2: After introductions, you may say the rules: Rule 1. Respect your interviewer inside and outside interviews. Rule 2. You will have 40 seconds to answer each question, we want fast baristas! Rule 3. You will have 15 seconds to respond to your interviewer, it is reached the time limit will result in a kick. Rule 4. Do not argue with your interviewer if you had failed, come back to the next session or do an application. Rule 5. And most importantly... Good luck in interviews! ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ~INTERVIEWING CUSTOMERS~ Step 1: Before interviewing customers, you need to enter one of the interviewing rooms and then choose two people without safe chat to interview. Next, teleport them to you. Step 2: Before interviewing them, tell them to say "c7rn" to confirm they don't have safe chat. If they do, tell them they can't get interviewed because they have safe chat, after that kick them. Next, use command :age (username) to determine the account age, if they are below 15 days old, tell them their account should be 15+ days old to be able to work. You may kick them after this. Step 3: If they do not have safe chat and their account age is over 15, begin interviewing them. Change their rank to B.I. You may ask them these questions: Why do you want to work for Almusal Karinderya? What other companies you had currently and previously worked for? What would you do if you encounter a troller in your register? What will you do that will benefit Almusal Karinderya? Please correct this sentence "kan i hav mnt mlkshke" Why should I hire you you over others? What goals would you like to pursue if you happen to work with us? Do you know any recipes? Is so, list 2-3. What do you think a trainee does at Almusal Karinderya? ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Step 4: After interviewing them, review their answers, but remember promote them if they use: Detailed answers, grammar and politeness. Do not promote them if: they give very short answers, basic answers, poor grammar, trolling, on D.N.I, etc. If you think they passed, you may promote them, if failed, tell them to try again next time.
