I'm getting tired of seeing these lazy users wanting a quicker way to 'script.'

What's wrong with a quicker, easier, and more visual way of scripting?

@wonderful72pike Scripting is already easy.

Yeah I know, but if the devs ever have the time block-based scripting could really help visual learners and people new to coding.

Um. No. If you are a "visual learner" just go on youtube.

Visual learning doesn't just mean you see someone do it. A lot of people have trouble seeing how the code fits together, how the syntax works, and how commands work. If you understand that stuff it's pretty easy, but if you've never been introduced to any concepts in programming it's pretty daunting. Block-based scripting can help with that.

plus half the time they don't work (because roblox keeps changing the lua coding). r+://183675951;Picture

Block building is NOT quicker OR easier. For most things, a graphical representation will only slow you down once you learn to work without one. Ask any experienced Linux user if they would rather use notepad++ or ########## * The same thing is true of block-based scripting. If you think clicking and dragging through menus is a good use of your time, that's your ############ but if I want to #### ## a function to an event, I'd rather not have to navigate through menus to find that event, drag it beside the function, and do whatever ### #### block scripting entails. It's so much easier to just type my.Event:connect(function). * I SUPPOSE nano could be included here too but it's so bare bones... personally I use vim.

11/10 filter. Would pay actual money for this Sift garbage instead of making a good filter again.

The only way to learn is the hard way.
