The assets you make do not belong to you, they belong to ROBLOX. Hence your point on plagiarism is incorrect if the assets do not belong to you at all.
You agreed to the ToS (Terms of Service) upon making your account and associating yourself to this website.
If you cannot handle copying on a children's virtual game, you are better off becoming a fashion designer in real life where you can receive protection for the assets you make if you decide to copyright any of your work. |

The reason I'm telling you off instead of providing solutions is because I'm not the one creating the idea. You're the one that's pushing an idea that legitimately cannot work. I am trying to explain to you why it is impossible. You instead either choose to ignore all my points or cannot fathom that computers aren't magical entities. It's not a stereotype if it's true, is it? I have thoroughly explained to you MULTIPLE times now that blocking the template images would break the clothing system. And you people cannot come to terms with this fact. Why can the entire "fashion community" (KEK) not grasp this extremely simple concept? |

This is a brilliant idea, and Morgan I totally agree, roblox is ridiculous and it is comfortable with copiers because they don't know how it feels to have your clothes stolen, yes I have copied in the past but I am done copying. Roblox should really take your idea into consideration and do something about it. |

This idea is very flawed.It would destroy the clothing system.
Copy locking a template can't happen because EVERYONE needs to be able to access a template.The template is the item.I'm sick of these people who apparently care so much about a drawing that they copied and pasted from Google.If we locked the templates,only the original creator could see it.
Changing the template size isn't happening.It would break all previous clothing.And I also don't get why anyone thinks this is going to stop copying,you would just change the size if the downloadable image,so I have no idea what people were thinking.
The auto moderation is going to do NOTHING, people put a dot on the template and break the system.Mods will also have to scan the ENTIRE DATABASE,open every image uploaded from over 10 years of time and compare every single file to a shirt.It would take WEEKS to do that.
There is no way to stop clothing copying. Besides, roblox is so busy asking me if I'm a robot that they can't spend weeks scanning the entire image database. |

I doubt that most designers take hours to design.I design and I can make 4 outfits in 30 minutes.I just started designing a couple of months ago, so I'm sure you can do it on even less time. I have seen your videos, and you take 14 minutes to explain to us all how to do this (and about two minutes is just a blank screen with music playing)
You act like clothing is like a game.Games get a copy lock feature because they don't NEED a template to keep their game working.Games take much longer to make and are more expensive. It's not happening.
Don't tell me "roblox isn't fair 2 the fashion community".What can they do,destroy your clothing then get you complaining again?They did all they can. |

The root of his posts weren't opinions. They were a technical explanation for why the OP's idea is not possible. I don't agree with his delivery, but he was not giving an opinion. As for value, his posts had an inherent intellectual value, the kind it should. I believe, he was referring to monetary value when discussing the OP's clothing, so comparing how inherent their values are isn't really viable in the discussion. |
