This guide will go over how you interview someone, our interview times and what to do if you are hosting an interview session!

1st - 11AM EST / 4PM BST
2nd - 1PM EST / 6PM BST
3rd - 3PM EST / 8PM BST
4th - 5PM EST / 10PM BST
5th - 7PM EST / 12AM BST
An assistant manager or above may host an interview at an unscheduled time, but it must not interfere with an upcomming session.
[HOSTING AN INTERVIEW SESSION]
You must first get all the customers to sit down either at a table or on a couch. If they are still standing 10 minutes before the session is due to begin, you will give them a warning. The host, co host and interviewers must be standing on the lines at the front of the room. If a customer is standing again after a warning, you will kick them from the server. Once it is time to begin, you will say (using the :m command) ''Welcome to the (time) MYO Interview session!''. Then you will explain how the beggining of the session will go, by saying something like this (with :m) ''We will begin with introducing our staff members, then we will go over a few simple rules!''. After you have done that, the host (or co-host) will need to notify the interviews (using :notify admins) the order to introduce yourselves in (the interviewers). To introduce yourself, say something like ''Hello! I'm (name) and I will be interviewing some of you today! Good luck!''. Once everyone has introduces themselves, the host, or co-host will go over the rules. The command achat is very useful when discussing about who will do what in an interview session, and to ask questions on. Some of the interviews will then go around and do a safe chat test on all of the customers. You will use the phrase 'c7rn' or 'sw4u' and ask them to repeat that back. If they say it was in hashtags, or if when they said it it was in hashtags, they have safe chat. You will explain the situation and then kick them from the server as safe-chatters are not allowed to be interviewed. You will also need to run the 'age (player)' command on them, as the users account must be over 20 days old to be able to become a Yogurt Maker. Once the safe-chat and age tests are done, you will begin interviewing.
You should pick people at random, either by using the 'bring (player)' command or the 'find (random)' command. You will interview two people at a time. Once you have found, and brought the players to yourself, you will then ask them to follow you into an interview room. If all the rooms are full, please interview them on one of the tables, or couches outside the interview rooms.
You must first ask the customers if they have any questions or concerns, then you will say you are going to begin, when the customers are ready of course.

Once you have finished interviewing everyone, you will note down who was the host, who was the co-host and all of the interviewers names, as well as the time of the interview session. You must also rate all the interviewers preformance in that session out of ten (ten being a very good preformance, one being a very bad preformance). Please message me these results.
NOTE: Even if you did not do very well when you were interviewing, that is fine! This does not go towards your promotion, or demotion. It is just so I can speak to whoever did not do so well, and try to help them preform to the best of their abilities in whichever way I can!
