if you've taken human geography related subjects in school, you would know that an aging population is a phenomenon that occurs when the median age of a population goes up as the result of more people being deducted from a population than being added in.
while in the real world, an aging population accounts for birth rates and death rates, in clans, net migration alone determines whether our population ages.
briefly put - when there are more people entering clans than leaving, the median age of players drops and the clan world experiences growth. likewise, when there are more people leaving than entering, the median age of players increases and the clan world undergoes shrinkage.
the clan world of today is, and has been for years, a progressively aging population with more people leaving than entering the community. people who are still involved in clans are on much older on average, and there is significantly fewer of them remaining year by year.
the aging of the clan world is the root of the problem this community faces, and if clans / capable people want to do something about it, they should forget about 'wars' (or any other minor in-clan events) entirely and focus themselves on capitalizing on the increasing number of players brought into roblox.

the answer is simply: learn how to develop games and produce front page places. if you don't know how to script, go learn. if you don't want to become a coder, become a good and convincing manager who could add value to coders |

yeah, on one hand, powerclans (especially the forum ones) had a lot to do with pushing for selective recruitment over mass recruitment, but on the other hand, superclans really failed the community in maintaining the high recruitment levels they once used to have
