Face it guys. The moderation system is super slow.I'm not blaming the moderators, they work really hard and help out as best they can.If you took these suggestions, you guys would be able to speed up the moderation system. First, false reporting would be against the rules. If a user is caught purposely(keyword purposely) reporting people not breaking the rules, they will get a warning.Upon their second intentional false reporting, they will get a shadow ban.A shadow ban is a ban where you cannot chat,PM,forum or communicate in any way.Or,if you choose to do regular bans or any other method,it's up to you. Second, once a forum post,PM,wall or group status ect,is reported,it can no longer be reported. This way,the report system isn't spammed with reports against the same thing. I do hope you take these suggestions to help you speed up your moderation system. Please leave your feedback below! :)

1. cool, i agree 2. uh no, there might be a minute chance that the report gets overlooked by the mods and so just sits in moderation cyberspace for the rest of eternity- some script kiddies may exploit this with their 3-thousand-word java scripts and make sure that any reports against them are quickly hidden Woops, wrong Neighbourhood https://www.roblox.com/Panda-item?id=322273273 https://www.roblox.com/LEGIT-IQ-METER-2016-item?id=397724585

False reporting is already against the rules - Equally, unless something has recently occurred, users who are generally a nuisance with the system are put on a low priority queue for the moderators - Which prevents them from clogging up the moderator's time. In regards to the second suggestion, no support. Whilst a user shouldn't be able to report the same thing twice, at the same time, by having multiple users report an offending item it's far more useful for the moderators - It shows them that "Hey, there's likely an issue with this item - If so many people are being offended". And, as a note, by having more reports on a single item it doesn't protract out the time it takes to moderate - As soon as they close the main report, the others (I'd assume) would also be closed.

Data makes a better point however, Also there isnt a team of moderators working to get people banned. Its all filed Into one bot. Ingame reports dont even work that well anymore.

Ok,how about you can't send another report against it for 24 hours OR until the report is read. I didn't know false reporting was against the rules already, but they need to start enforcing it then.

I've sent reports to people for exploring for example. Over a day later still no ban. Giving time to read reports dosent work. Cause the bot leading the system is defector.

As for the comment about how constant reports could help moderators,I don't think so.They don't remember all of the time, and just because a ton of people dislike the item, they're not going to remove it unless it's against the rules. They should also link to the code if conduct more often.Just an extra suggestion.

"They don't remember all the time" The moderation system is a system. Reports are collated based on the content to which they're associated - Much like with any online business, such as PayPal, the system will maintain links on their console to other accounts. So, if a moderator is looking at X content, the likelihood is, is that it'll state that there's X amount of related reports on the content. If the system is smart, to any degree, it'll point out key words in reports. If there's a high degree of matching, then it's likely to be a higher priority.

Ok,all I was saying in the second paragraph is that they need to find a way to cut down on the reports on the same exact action.Maybe once you send a report, the same player can't send another. I love S&I.
