Now, at mid 2016, Roblox removed tix. Now on Roblox's side of the story, they are Californian and are affected by the economy. This does sound very reasonable as California was economically devistated. But, if Roblox were to have a better time, should they bring back tix? |

Actually, you are wrong.
Only BC people can cheat to get more tix.
How and why? Well, can NBC people donate to their own account? No.
And yes, I know that you can give robux from group funding, but does group funding have a gain for everyone? No.
So, stop trying to say that we NBC people are the bad ones here.

Ohhhh, what a suprise, a privileged player suggesting tix are negative and shouldn't be brought back?
Anyway, Tix were an inspirational thing, you could get millions if your game was popular enough. But now you have to sell game-passes, which honestly, don't sell that much with casual Roblox players, which Roblox is 70% made up of.

I am NBC. I don't complain. I buy my ROBUX like the others. Stop asking for tix back (Which is just free ROBUX for logging on) and go make something that generates you robux, like a game, with some GamePasses that are worth something to players in game, or just buy the robux, or just buy BC. There you have it. No reason to complain about tix going.

Reasons why ROBLOX removed tix. Quite valid if you ask me.
"We are removing tickets for a number of reasons. Although familiar to many of us, they are confusing to first-time users. We believe removing tickets will simplify our product in all areas, from the UI to the catalog to user-accounting.
We have many things in store for the majority of ROBLOX players who do not want to become involved with the ROBUX economy. In the catalog, we intend to provide more free items, so that avatar customization without ROBUX continues to be creative and rich. Today, we have introduced two free packages for your character. Going forward, we will feature the work of top creators in the community as we migrate to a fully community driven catalog.
There will no longer be any Ticket bonus for logging in daily. As our platform has matured, we believe the reason to come to ROBLOX should be the desire to experience incredible things with your friends. We do not want to incentivize people to “check in” every day.
For our deeply engaged users we want to be able to provide more valuable rewards that are not directly tied to login. While we are going through this 30 day transition, we will be making several gifts available to our users based on their engagement. We will be announcing these gifts tomorrow on the blog.
There is another benefit to removing tickets, and that is it removes the incentive to create alt accounts. We don’t believe it makes sense to provide a currency bonus to having multiple accounts, as this drives behavior that is not at the core of ROBLOX.
The impetus behind removing tickets is not to make more money. The primary reasons have always been product simplicity, botting, and not incentivizing certain behaviors.
For those of you who are clothing developers, we believe that over time you will have a richer opportunity as we expand our catalog to a next generation avatar. We will be lowering the ROBUX price floor on shirts and pants to help increase the volume of sales of these items for our creators. We have a roadmap for the future of avatars on ROBLOX, and as these new features roll out, new opportunities for clothing designers will follow, making the catalog more robust and high quality."

tickets are useless. Every single player on this game has tons of opportunities to earn money, such as groups, gfx, building, and tons of other ways. Tickets are useless, I swear I see 8 of these threads a day, and in them there are always 7 year old NBC player raging at anyone with BC who says tickets suck. If you can't afford BC, and think the game is unfun without tickets and without BC, THEN DON'T PLAY. Lol, simple as that, why on earth do you think ROBLOX would ever go back on a decision that;
1: Makes them more money.
2: Gets rid of ticket botting.
3: Gets people to stop mass creating alts which inflates the market even more. |

i hate when people say tix were bad because of alts
even if you had a hundred alts (which I doubt anyone would) you'd still only gain about 40 robux a day
and that's if your main account is BC and you actually go through the effort of buying something 100 times
not saying I support all the tix threads going around, but this is still annoying me |
