"Transaction Declined by Bank" ???

I spent around 30 on roblox the other day, I tried to get some with my debit card for my little brother but it said the transaction was declined by bank, which is weird. I went on steam and I was able to get 5 dollars easily. The transaction is still declined by bank. My card is not empty I have around $400 on the card. R$4

Check to see if you bank sent you a fraud detection notice. They sometimes deactivate your card if they deem the activity suspicious. Not sure how they decide on one site or another. With the spending season starting, banks are more protective. Call your bank.
