✖C########I: Games Rules
Basic:
■10 Minute Quarters
■24 Second Shotclock
■3v3 min, 4v####v5 max (4v4 will be enforced is enough are there, 5v5 is up to the home team)
■Each teams gets 8 timeouts lasting 60 seconds
■No packages
Offense:
■Travels are not allowed, where you jump and come down with the ball. Re-dos will be called if glitched.
■Hopsteps are allowed only in the paint. Outside of the paint is a travel.
■Backspace layups are allowed, dunks are using the T jump and backspacing
■The max power for regular shots will be 85, while for buzzers there will be no max power.
■Fastbreak threes are allowed
■You must cross HC in 10 seconds, and you have 5 seconds to inbound
Defense:
■Pressing is not allowed until final minute of each quarter, if you press 3 times before then the final minute, the other team will be given one free throw and possession of ball.
■IB Press is only allowed on turnovers consisting in a backcourt IB.
■If the ball gets stuck in the hoop, wait for the referee to bring it down. Otherwise, if you get the ball, it will be counted as goal tending.
■If you mile, it will be called an MV.
Other:
■Subs can only be made on dead balls, but if it is called during your possession, it will count as a time out.
■Minor things count as warnings.
■Major things will get techs, mostly if someone happens over and over again even after getting a warning.
■You FF win if you have more members than the other team, if both teams are under the minimum amount to play. The first team to get 3 players wins.
■If both teams do not have enough players, the game will be a forfeit loss for both or counted as postponed.

✖Chapter III: League Insight
League Information:
The purpose of this league is so many different leagues owned by different people could choose players to represent their league. Once each league has their own representing team, each team will be playing against each other like a regular league.
Obviously, this league has some purposes. To decide who are the players that the leagues brought, and to enjoy ourselves.
This league was meant to have many different leagues play against each other, for example:
Dab Basketball League [DBL] @ National Athletic Basketball League [NABL]
Le Premier Basketball Association [LPBA] @ Kings Basketball League [KBL]
The ball we'll be using will be the balls of the league that is in Home Team. For example, if a league had a certain ball and had a game today, that league might be the Home Team. The Home Team gets to use their own court and ball advantage against the away team.
The hoops and court we'll be using will also be that of the league that is in Home Team.

We are always looking for people to help referee for us, and support the league. Support this league by buying in-group donation shirts, etc.

1.) What experience do you have being a ref?
2.) Will you ref seriously, and have no bias?
3.) How will you use your admin capabilities?
If you become a ref, and you are un-active for a very long time, you will be fired. If there is evidence of you abusing admin, you will also be fired.
High ranks will only be given to those who have done something to help the league, and the owners of the league teams.
