After a session today and the passing of this resolution, the Senate has deemed it necessarily to pass a censure on Representative Ozzymen on his criminal acts.
The Senate feels that as a body of Congress we were elected to represent the people, however, we do not want the public to think that Ozzymen's criminal act is a representation of Congress.
This criminal act I refer to is Ozzymen's latest fraud case going through court:
18 U.S. Code § 1031 - Major fraud against the United States
18 U.S. Code § 1028 - Fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents, authentication features, and information
This case is being prosecuted by the Attorney General himself & SteffJonez as the Federal Judge.

I do not see any evidence on that forum whereas the Hon. Ozzymen used a second account to help him win elections.
Other people do create accounts based off of a whole or part of another users name, just because they can't think of another name for their account. (Yes, I call them noobs.)
This is just my opinion on the matter. I recommend that you don't take this any further.
