top is like the most basic tumblrina band out there
closely tied up with fall out boy and panic at the disco
idm 'Ride' though, it's one of those songs i'd be cool with hearing at a party or something but wouldn't choose to listen to |

there's an infestation in my mind's imagination I hope they choke on smoke 'cause I'm ####### them out in the basement. this is not rap, this is not hip-hop, just another attempt to make the voices stop. rapping to prove nothing, just writing to say something 'cause I wasn't the only one who wasn't rushing to saying nothing. this doesn't mean I lost my dream just right now I have a really crazy mind to clean. :) |

The difference in TOP and FOB/P!ATD is though TOP has made a few ok songs, both FOB and P!ATD have made at least one great album. A Fever You Can't Sweat Out is one of my favorite pop rock albums of all time, and There new effort was pretty neat too. As well as Vices And Virtues. Heck I even think Pretty Odd (though very well named it was...very odd) was a very interesting spin on the bands original pop punk sound. And Under The Cork Tree is definitely a highlight of that early 2000's pop punk scene. |

I guess I can agree with that, but in my opinion most fairly new songs are good but not many old ones are very nice to listen to. The great thing about twenty one pilots for me is that I don't get bored of their songs very often. |

i only like one P!ATD song tbh
the only album I listen to by FOB is Take This To Your Grave because it's more pop punk, but I might give "Under The Cork Tree" a chance tho
the problem i have with these bands are consistency, they change a lot
that's one thing with a band like Queen because they cover tons of areas, but that isn't the case with these guys. they have a single focus that they change rather than focusing on a variety of styles
as for TOP I'll give em a chance because i've never really listened to em before, i might come back to thread after i listen to an album (if i like it)

alright i listened to a few songs from their 2009 album then some stuff from vessel, it's okay music i guess
I prefer supporting music to lyrics, but this is more vocal based
it also feels like they don't have a grasp on musical theory, but it's decent for pop music I suppose
the actual lyrical content DID impress me, I'll admit that, it was more so the delivery that I disliked
