Coconut water can be as pure as you want, but something about it leaving the coconut and touching a glass or container just ruins it for me. It's like how you think soda tastes better in glass bottles even though it's exactly the same, same concept. |

Some people think the plastic leeches into the soda (especially if it's in direct sunlight) or depending on the plastic type. I think it's true but I can't prove that theory. |

I use coconut oil for cooking and coconut milk for as much milk substitution as I can - but not with my cereal because it just tastes wrong to me.
Never tried coconut water, but why would you use it instead of drinking pure water?
