Welcome to this new forum which is valid from date; 17/10/2016. Various of our current ranks have been changed and as a HR you MUST know what they are or you will not be filling your expectations and will be demoted or in some cases fired. Lets begin; [MR]Staff Team Leader - This rank will now be taken more seriously as they will be a line manager to Lower ########## line manager is who you go to if you have any issues with the company or someone. As a line manager your job will be to Look after your Lower Ranks and make it 100% CRYSTAL CLEAR you are their Line manager and what that means. You are overall in-charge of LR's [HR]Assistants and Secretaries - As a 'Assistant' your job is strictly to be a assistant to the Board Of Directors +. Your job is to be with them when they ask. Do jobs that need doing and do some things on behalf of your boss. [HR]Sales Advisor - As a Sales advisor you will be working very closely with the Performance manager(Mentioned later)You will have to attend regular meetings held by the Performance Manager and think of ways to grow the group and its funds. You are in-charge of the growth of the group and if anything goes wrong in terms of sales, you are responsible. [HR]Board Of Development - Your job as B.O.D is to build for the group for example airports, aircrafts and anything that needs developing. The rank speaks for itself. [HR]Performance Manager - This is a very complex job that requires a very committed member of staff, They are to be active at majority of flights and speak to customers and staff about any ideas they may have, what they like and think could be improved, they are to take note of the person they are talking to is saying and on weekly basis they are to write a report to me saying what they have gathered and what they think needs to be improved from their own perspective.
