Im preeety sure you gotta have the spider food. It makes the spider lower itself, but not so much that you can reach it. I think its a teamwork thing, but you cant stack on each other. You slide off each other, so one person holds the burger, the other jumps on top of it. Im working on helping someone else get it right now to test this theory since I have the spider food already.

Stickman is in the maze at the farm, and judging by his unfunny remarks towards how I'm not scary enough, I assume you gotta wear a spooky costume that you redeem with tickets before you confront the stickman again.
