Hello, welcome to the USM 1940s Guidelines,I will go over ranks, rules, and uniforms.
This is to help soldiers of all ranks within United States Military 1940s.
~Ranks~
LRs-Lower Rankers are to listen to NCOs and HRs, They are to learn from them and learn from their mistakes.
NCOs-Non-Commissioned Officers are to listen to HRs and to make a good example for LRs and show newbies the ropes and roughen them up.
HRs-Your job is to make the best example of all and to show off your Honor and lead our men with pride, you take orders from HRs above you and from the Supreme Commander.
~Rules~
No Flaming on the wall/chat(Ingame)
No disrespecting Higher Rankers.
Do not troll
Do not Exploit/Hack
Do not admin abuse
If you have cookies you are to share them with the rest of your company
If chain of command is broken report to the next rank in line Example(Captain Dies, a Lieutenant takes over)
Have fun(Mandatory)
~Uniforms~
You are expected to have a Uniform on when you join the battlefield and or training grounds if you do not kindly ask an HR/admin to give you one.
These are the basics and standard guidelines, follow them and you will fit in fine.

First off, this is a copy of AbiennoFernandez's group since he became succesful you copy his exact group name and try to act like him. You also have horrible grammar if you want to run a "military" get off the computer and join the real military and fight for a country not pixels.. "Higher rankers" what did you think whilst reading this over? That it was good grammar and made sense? No you obviously didn't and just posted straight away.
You also should post this in C&G and turn off comments if these comments will annoy you and if they do don't ban me from your little group ;( I'll cry. The ranking system just screams AbiennoFernandez copy and they aren't even right! I wouldn't be surprised to find Abienno's leaked base and guns as your own "made by myself" guns cause that is SOOOOO true!
Uniform did you use the clothing copier for Abiennos group also? Or are there made by "yourself" also. If you want to make a successful group for people to join then don't copy others group and expect yours to pile up considering everyone know it is a copy version of it.
Just to add to the fire your name SCREAMS immature if you at least wanted some members maybe get a name change to a name that has the letter "u" spammed in it!
Anyways your group will succeed

To everyone saying that its just a bunch of kids trying to act like theyre in the military, and to everyone saying that ''ohh thats not how the US military was like'' and other perfect analyzing ##### Wargroups are made for roleplay of war, they do not have to be perfect ## ## have adults in the group. They dont have to be exactly like the real military, no they are made for roleplaying, respect that. |

I agree with you, but its not that that makes it bad; its the lack of obedience which copies others; and fails to do it properly.
Imagine someone copying your company you spent time on and they get millions of dollars of of it, and you get none. |
