Hey everyone! 1 or 2 weeks ago, a powerful Tropical Storm named Hurricane Matthew formed and then, Matthew started being on its way as a Category 1 Storm. After a few hours, Matthew shifted up to a Category 2 Hurricane. It destroyed Haiti when Matthew was Cat. 3. Haiti was sad about getting destroyed by Hurricane Matthew.
A few days later, Hurricane Matthew became a Cat. 4. I watched the news and the news said that it was on its way to Florida and became a Cat. 5. I was devasted and shocked about it. I gasped like O_O! We started getting ready for Hurricane Matthew by buying resources and food and water.
After that Matthew hit Florida, luckily, it missed Miami. I was in the outer circle of Matthew. Everyone in Matthew's path got their homes destroyed. It took away so many people's lives! Everyone was praying for Florida and Haiti.
After that, it worked. Matthew became dissipated and became Cat. 1. We were so happy and awesome that Hurricane Matthew was gone. So, here's a question, did you survive Hurricane Matthew? Tell us by saying that you survived or didn't survive.
