lowkey legit been trying to lucid dream for 5 months straight and i havent got it right i dont do any of that remember signals bs because youre not actually conscious after correctly calling the singal in a dream, u wake up like 90% of the time its bad and the lucid itself is crap so the real question is how do you properly complete a wake induced lucid dream 「FOUNDING FATHER」R$76,061

Eh no point saying this isn't the right place. Theres a WILD induced lucid dream WILD = Wake Induced Lucid Dream, you stay 100% awake but you close your eyes, arms next to you and don't move a muscle. No matter how much ur body wants you to move, don't. After a while you will feel very numb and paralyzed. Theres a bad side to it also, theres something called sleep paralysis. This is when your 100% awake but you can't move, all you can do is watch. There becomes dark figures around you and all you can do is watch. Do it at your own risk. (I do WILD and I have no problem, it also takes a bit until u don't get sleep paralysis so yea)

Afaik I dont think you're suppose to force it, but I could be wrong. It is pretty cool, I think its suppose to happen once or twice in your life time, but again I could be wrong ;3. I havent had any atm but Im hoping for another

yeah ive been trying nightly to do WILD's but it usually takes too long and i just get too restless. i don't care much about sleep paralysis because it's not that scary to me last time it spooked me was when i was 6 so whatever just trying to figure out a way to make the trip between staying immobile to going into the REM status faster or easier 「FOUNDING FATHER」R$76,061

Well idk if its only me but, if u close ur eyes lightly it doesnt make you sleep faster. What I like to do is put a bit of pressure on my eye lids and somehow it works IDK. Also think of a flower pattern and keep looking at it and think of nothing but looking at the flower. Idk but my battery is going so bye.

Also when I say pressure on your eye lids, I don't mean squinting... Also I have been doing Lucid Dreaming for 3 years and IDK its just normal for me. Bye :3
