Ok so first off, we need a new arrest system. We have a lot of crime and a lot of police brutality meaing a bunch of police officers in docklands like to false arrest. So here my idea for the new docklands arrest system
FEATURES:
-Shows when you were arrested
-Shows the rank and team of the authority who arrested you
-Indicates if an authority arrested another authority
-A new description box for the arrest so the officers and write why they arrested the suspect after they arrested him/her
-Give officers the authority to decide how much time the suspect spends after around 25 arrests(2-10) minutes so officers can give you a much shorter time based on the crime you have done(OPTIONAL)

I think they need to add a systemw here you can only arrest after 10 seconds. It just seems ridicuolous that if you and a lot of people are shooting the arrestor, you can still get arrested. The mechanism makes no sense |

Here's another suggestion I think that the suspect shouldn't be able to use a weapon when they are being cuffed. |

Again, existed in V3. Didn't work so well because bystanders love shooting and killing the person cuffing the suspect(s) while reading rights, reporting, etc...

Again, in V3. Similar to this but not exact. In V3, when Officers cuff someone, a GUI pops up telling them to choose an offense and they are in jail for a set amount of time. For example, murder, you may be in jail for 300 seconds. However, for assault of a federal agent, 500+ seconds.
