Private Property Agent Act (Amended)
Preamble- In our cities(mainly Las Vegas) we have kidnappings and murders and the criminals proceed to escape to their house as a safe zone, but they’re usually captured by Law Enforcement. However, I’ve noticed that Law Enforcement has refused and or doesn’t leave the property after being asked and remain on the property for long periods at a time.
So, In order to keep prosperity and safety between our federal agents and citizens, this bill’s objective is to regulate this issue within our cities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
Section I TITLE.
1: This Act may be referred to as PPAA or the Private Property Agent Act.
SECTION II DEFINITIONS.
A “house raid” or also known as a “house takeover” is when a Law Enforcement entity, has entered the house for probable cause or for a crime they witnessed done on the property, done by the owner, or someone done within the house and or property. A criminal will be defined as someone who has committed a crime.
SECTION III REGULATIONS
1: Law Enforcement Entity(s) may only commit a “house takeover” if a criminal is being harbored, if they have probable cause, and or if the owner has committed the following or the following has happened on the property.
Misdemeanors
Felonies
Infractions
Criminal Activity.
2: After a Law Enforcement Entity(s) have regulated the problem and have seized and or arrested criminals, they must leave the property after a 5 minute period of arresting and or seizing all criminal on the property. (This 5 minute period will not begin until the criminal or criminals on the property have been arrested or seized.)
3: If the Law Enforcement Entity(s) fails to leave the property after they have regulated the problem and have seized and or arrested the criminals and the 5 minute period is up, they may be charged 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law, as they have invaded the owner’s property and has yet to leave after arresting and or seizing any or all criminals after a 5 minute period.
