Roblox Player crashes on startup

So I tried to play Phantom Forces today. I clicked "play" and everything seemed normal until I got to the "Getting Latest Roblox" part. Then it crashed. I tried deleting everything Roblox-related but to no avail. I downloaded from both Firefox and Chrome, to no avail. Please help, Killorf

NOTE: I am not getting "ID = 17". I can't even get into the game.
