(RFL) Rules of conduct chapter 2: -! Flags and penalties 1. If the ball carrier jumps more then two times per carry, If it be a run play or even a run after catch, He will be flagged for "Excessive jumping" resulting in a 10 yard loss. 2. False starts, encroachments, and offside penalties will result in 5 yard losses. 3. Hitting after the play (on purpose) is a 15 yard penalty. 4. Failure to listen to the ref will result in an immediate suspension and ejection from game. 5. If more players then the agreed upon amount are on the field it will result in a 15 yard penalty. 6. unsportsmanlike conduct will result in a 5 play suspension (First warning) Followed by an ejection if it continues. 7. if a player who is not on your team is playing for you in an official game, You, The player, and all involved WILL be penalized. -! Ball carrier rules 1. Do to the limitations of ro Physics, As a ball carrier you are aloud two jumps per carry. Jumps=Trucks. Even a single extra jump will result in a penalty. 2. You will be downed where the hit occured. Example: If you are hit but still are running with the defender stuck onto you, you are down where contact was made. -! Team formation rules: 1. A minimum of 5 players are needed for official games. 2. Qb must be present (Silly i know) 3. You may have a center and he IS eligible for passes. 4. Half backs are not needed to be present in the backfield. 5. A minimum of one player must line up on the line. -! Sportsmanship expectations 1. Losses (No matter the importance of the game) must be accepted humbly and without any complaining. 2. Respect the players on your team and the other. 3. RESPECT THE REFS. 4.Your coach is your coach, I don't advise you disrespect him/her. -!Ref responsibilities. 1. Refs must be aware of the time each quarter as well as the play clock. 2. MUST be fair and un-bias. 3. You represent the RFL as an official, Please follow the standards. 4. Be preservant and humble no matter the situation. -! On field presets 1. Games are four quarters long. 2. quarters are 5 minutes each. 3. Coin flip at the start of each game, And before OT situations. 4. Players have 5 minutes before each game to talk over positions, Game plans, starters, and so on. 5. Robux will be distributed after each game.
