Hello, Here at Vertigo we want everyone to enjoy themselves as much as possible but to do that we need to put some rules in place, to stop any disturbances to our shifts and training! We have got a system for rules with minor, moderate and major offenses. That way we can help people to understand how serious consequences are. We would love it if we never have to use the consequence system and if you can stick to the rules, we can all have an enjoyable time! (Section One | Conduct) M I N O R - Be respectful, be friendly and kind. Even if you are not having a great day, try to respect everyone. - Listen to staff, when they ask you to do something, it is probably the right thing! That also means staff listen to other staff. If you have a problem with what they are saying, talk to an executive+ M O D E R A T E - Don't swear, there are young kids playing and it will be filtered anyway. - Be honest, don't try and fake ticket t-shirts. The only genuine ones are the ones in the Vertigo group store! M A J O R - Do not be racist or anything else that discriminates against a person or group of people - Don't start arguing or start causing people to be uncomfortable or upset. (Section Two | Staff) M I N O R - Always be helpful to customers and don't ignore them. - Don't teleport customers into staff areas M O D E R A T E - Don't ask for promotions or jobs! We will promote who needs to and it only makes it harder for us. - Don't admin customers, it doesn't really need explaining. M A J O R - Never abuse admin, only use commands you need to and try not to use them on a large amount of people to avoid lag. This also means not using building tools without permission. - Never make guests feel unwelcome or uncomfortable, you are there to help them! (Section 3 | Headquarters) M I N O R - Be respectful and quiet when someone is talking in the auditorium. - If you are asked to leave, please do so. You will be kicked if you stay. M O D E R A T E - Take training and meetings seriously. M A J O R - Staff MUST attend trainings often so we can keep a high standard of service. (Section Four | Miscellaneous) M I N O R - Don't disrespect our group, we have spent ages building it up and put lots of effort into it. M O D E R A T E - Don't give away yours or others' personal information, that is for your protection. M A J O R - Don't exploit or 'hack' our game. Trolling is also not accepted. - Don't advertise your group, we are a service not a billboard! There may be some things we have missed but if you have done something we feel is wrong you may still be punished. M I N O R consequences - A written or verbal warning or a respawn. Repeated may lead to moderate consequence. M O D E R A T E consequences - A removal of some points, a server ban or a kick . Repeated may lead to major consequences. M A J O R consequences - A time ban (up to a week), removal of points and in some cases permanent ban. S T A F F consequences - A written warning, a suspension, a retraining order and in some cases a demotion. We have made these rules to be fair and understandable.
