How to get into the league:
To get into the league, you don't need to be a custom villain, but you can if you wish, which means you may either use villain names such as "The Joker", or "Lex Luthor", or think up your own names! You need to be very active, we attack New Blockers East, and The Streets daily.
RULES: No spamming, swearing. You must respect all league members, and all higher ranks. If someone isn't following these rules, report it to an HR immediately. If you believe someone in the league is a spy, please PM me.
You must be a user that has joined before this year. If you joined this year, you will not be accepted into the league, for I suspect those who joined a few months ago to be spies.
