Recently I have had a problem with roblox where it doesn't start at all, which means I can't play any game I want to on the site. I haven't gotten any support from Roblox on the fourm, and I don't know how to contact them about the issue. I will try and tell you guys what it does. I start up the Roblox player. Then it goes to the starting Roblox part of the player. After that it says "Configuring Roblox" and midway through that it says Roblox has stopped working. It says getting the latest roblox and connecting to roblox before this message. I don't know how to do a complete deletion of all my roblox files so I can re-install the game. Can someone from the company or someone who knows how to fix this problem help me?

Try restarting your computer and if need be , updating your computer to the latest Windows etc. If that doesn't work , delete the hole game and that may do the trick , if all fails , you need to look up and get robloxs help email and contact email , I know a lot of people with the same issue but to be completely honest there isn't much you can do, if that all fails , just wait for Roblox to resolve it . :) hope I helped |

How to delete Roblox (Windows): First open the control panel then go to uninstal a program, find roblox, then uninstall it.
Also have you tried getting on roblox though your browser instead on roblox player? |

I can't uninstall it that way as it won't work, and I don't think you can PLAY Roblox through your browser.

This is kinda like my problem but I'm on Mac. When it finished configuring Roblox a message pops up saying Roblox was unable to update :/

Hello EyeSpyDreams.
I've had the exact same problem. But, that was a while ago. What i did was deleting the ROBLOX files from my disk. After, i simply installed it again and it worked like a charm again! But, this is one solution to many. Don't rely on this solution because it can be many others. From basic errors to mysterious, complicated and unexplainable errors!
Deleting the main installation is very simple, here is how you do it.
1. Go to your taskbar-START Menu
2. Search for ''change or remove a program'' and click on the first that shows up = The one on top.
-All of your biggest/most used/installed programs will be located there.
3. Find ROBLOX/ROBLOX Studio.
4. Click one time on the specific program you want deleted.
5. An icon that says ''Uninstall/Change'' or just ''Uninstall'' will get triggered depending on which program you clicked on.
6. Click on the icon ''Uninstall''.
7. Wait a minute until the program completely uninstalls from your computer.
8. Download ROBLOX again.
And there you have it. If this doesn't work, ill see if there could be any other reason on why this error still occurs!

i want to, but I can't delete any of the files, because it won't let me. I can't uninstall it from the control panel, and installing it again doesn't help at all.

Actually, there is an alternative. You can play ROBLOX with Windows 10 (computer) by downloading the ROBLOX app from the store. It actually works. Play with the app.
