The following involves the Internal Security Department and their operations of Interrogation & Imprisonment.
I. The Internal Security Department, while within Research Central Base:Four or any other Chaos Insurgency Facility are not to use their Detain tool without justifiable reason that can be immediately explained upon the questioning of a higher rank.
II. The Internal Security Department, while within Research Central Base:Four or any other Chaos Insurgency Facility are not to bring anybody into interrogation without probable cause and permission of a Head Councilman or higher.
III. The Internal Security Department, while withing Research Central Base:Four or any other Chaos Insurgency Facility are not to imprison any personnel without justifiable reasoning that can be immediately explained upon the questioning of a higher rank.
Failure to follow the terms stated above can put both your rank in the main group at risk as well as the rank you possess within the Internal Security Department.
