Low risk high reward I doubt he cost more then a 5th rounder and the Browns don't want him anymore. He had a great preseason and he's still only 25. Also rumors are that we are going for Torrey smith but I'm not really a fan of the move

"Low risk high reward" if anything it's high risk questionable reward because of his past
