As you all know, the recent fight between Vincent and Worst has taken a spiral down to the depths of the earth. Worst was demoted and then exiled. So let me explain the situation at hand, and a few suggestions to prevent this from happening again, and to make sure this army runs like a well oiled engine.
Firstly, as far as I know, Vincent will NOT be retiring, disregard anyone who says this. Its a lie.
Secondly, Worstdisire is still exiled until further notice. The standing order is in effect until the Kaiser says otherwise, or unless Vincent says otherwise.
Lastly, the reason this all started. From what I was told, and piecing information together, this is what I came up with.
Vincent told Worst to do something (I don't know what). Worst then refused follow direct orders from his superior, which in Vincent's eyes, and mine as-well, is insubordination. Worst's reason for disobeying Vince is because he was free-ranked, and that he had done nothing to help the group, nor to obtain the respect of his men.
A few suggestions, that go to everybody in the group.
Respect for your superiors is a mutual obligation. You must do it. If they are a bad commander, you report it to a superior, or he will be noticed and promptly removed from his position.
Follow your orders, no matter how absurd. If a general says to go assassinate the Party Leader, you do it. You wont be the one punished, as you just followed orders. The commander will be the one investigated and punished. If you get into argument with your superior, and you get demoted, do not complain. You participated in destabilizing the army, so you were punished for it. The correct thing to do is get evidence and report it to a superior.
Last thing is be mature and have fun. We don't want you to be miserable in this group. Have fun in this army, that's why we made it, but be mature as-well. If a superior officer is abusing his power (example: making you run/do JJs without reason), then report it and move on. Just don't get into a heated argument that other superiors need to step in and stop it, when they can be doing much more productive things.
I, Generalfeldmarschall HeinrichRaeder, am here to help organize, discipline, and mature up this army. I am here to run reforms and create divisions, as-well as the hierarchy for those divisions. If you have a complaint or a report about an officer, PM it to me.
-Sincerely,
Generalfeldmarschall der Administration, HeinrichRaeder
