Roblox keeps asking to download when I have downloaded it

This is usually nothing annoying for me, it shows up for about 10 seconds before the game starts to load, but now it will not load whatsoever. I tried reinstalling it around 5 times yet nothing is working. I'd like to know what the deal is and how I can possibly fix it.

I've read a few other forums having the same issue. I think there's something wrong with Roblox at the moment.

That just happened to me. It says "download" but loads like 10 seconds later, but its all slow and junk.

It's the result of a server problem on Roblox's side, so hey they will fix it right? Wrong.
