Horrid - Officers with this label shouldn't be officers, and should be immediately demoted.
Ok- Below average. Officers with this label need to shape up or ship out.
Good- Average. Officers with this label do the very minimum. Try working harder to get a "great".
Great- Above average. Officers with this label do more than the minimum. Officers who obtain this label should be deemed eligible for promotions in the near future.
Outstanding- The best of the best. These officers need to be promoted, and they're on the fast track for success in this group. Keep up the good work!

Due to the fact that I recently returned to the world of roblox 2 weeks ago, my eval will be shorter then others(in terms of the names I put up). My eval will consist of 4 things:
1. I have to have seen you or gotten a suffice amount of element about you in order to properly give you an eval, if I only seen one ggyza I'll refer to the gyzao during the eval but I'm not stating thaws what you are just what I've gotten from a gyzao.
2. I WILL be mentioning what I feel about the changed ranks it may be an officers eval but still I want to address what I feel about the changed ranks.
3. Anything immature I put in is just a joke comment don't take it seriously I may have been strict when I was RA but I did joke some.
4. I will not be comparing them to how I was as an officer as I see it as egotistical in many ways, however I will be taking into account how they fit the description of their rank.

waddys61: Extremely active. Hosts lots of events, very cheerful, and great man to take orders from. But he took away my cookies for 6 months. But other then that one of my favorites.

Coldwolfman: Used to be my favorite officer. I here he AA's comes on sometimes but I hear he has serious internet problems.
Sirstevenwatson: Never met, probably dead, you can lose your rank for inactivity you know, you shouldn't be dead you might get demoted.
Sirpercyjackson: Active and sometimes a pretty cool guy. He can get angry sometimes though.

Yomommafat111: In my opinion the least deserved admiral but the most deserved. He is extremely immature at times and we all know that. And could be more active, and also skipped Commodore. But, he is extremely skilled in sailing and battle and very good in that sense. I think a captain rank seems more fitting in my opinion.
Nobisgladium: Never met, I hear he is pretty serious. Inactive, but admiralty might be doing more important stuff then coming to port and PR's and raids.

babaker13: Most active Admiral, comes on and sits there and develops. Pretty hard to talk to. But I know you're doing good.
