[Sleet Clan] Valor Promotional System

➤ I: Introduction
Sleetings! Sleet Clan uses a promotional system where you must gain a certain amount of Valor in order to advance. The following document will tell you all you need to know for advancing in Sleet Clan. The guide outlines the ways you can earn valor, and the valor requirements for each rank.

➤ II: Earning Valor
You can earn Valor through different ways, as outlined below:
RAIDS | Maximum Valor: 7
You're able to earn Valor at raids through performance and participation. Even if you do not perform well in a raid, you will still get some Valor for participating. If you perform very well, you are more likely to get closer to the max amount of Valor you can receive. Some raid leaders will also award some Valor to those who are pending but were unable to raid.
TRAININGS | Maximum Valor: 1 valor added every 10 minutes plus extra valor.
Valor at trainings can be earned through participation, communication, and performance. You are given at one Valor every 10 minutes that you participate, so if you stay for an entire training you are likely to get a decent amount of Valor. You can also earn extra Valor from rounds if you perform well or use teamwork to win different events.
DEFENSES | Maximum Valor: 7
Earning Valor at Defenses is based upon participation and performance. If you leave in the middle of a defense, it’s likely that you will receive little to none Valor. Staying for the full amount of time and performing well at a Defense can earn you lots of Valor.

➤ III: Viewing Valor
Valor can be viewed at any *OFFICIAL* Sleet Clan place (base, training place, rally place).
To view how much Valor you have, simply say: !getvalor
Officers are able to check Valor by saying “!getvalor Jamber” - you don’t need to type the full username if they are in-game. You can type the full username if they’re not in-game to see their valor as well “!getvalor JamberPilot”
Officers can give Valor by saying “!awardvalor Jamber 5” - the maximum amount Officers can award is 5.
If Officers wish to give Valor to several people, they can also say “!awardvalor Jamber,Splash,Bear 5” and it will award all of the listed names (shortened) valor.

➤ IV: Valor Requirements
To be promoted to Guard, complete this Advancement Course: https://www.roblox.com/games/338817054/Sleet-Clan-Advancement-Course
As for the others, you have points you can earn to achieve the rank:
- 5 #or Knight
- 15 for Paladin
- 35 for Templar
- 75 for rank after Templar (ROBLOX hashtags this)
- 125 for Champion
- 185 for Vanguard
- 300 for Select
Once a Select, you must first fill out the Select Application to be accepted. Then, you will enter a trial period where you are required to host a minimum of three trainings where you will be graded based on various factors (organization, fairness, etc). After you finish this trial, the Council will vote on your entry into the HiCom at their next meeting.
