[A]-How to be promoted [B]-Shouting [C]-Behavior Standards ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [A] - How to be promoted Your first promotion to Private can be achieved by purchasing and then wearing the uniform we supply in the store. If an officer who can promote sees you are in uniform, they will proceed to promote you. If you cannot afford the uniform, post on the wall or private message the Marshal or the Imperator - funds will be provided for you in the form of a group payout. We prefer that members wear the new uniform most of the time, however if you own and older variant you should save those for recreational activities - this includes uniforms pertaining to any of lordnathan's previous groups such as Imperial Legionnaires. TO BE PROMOTED: -Actively attend trainings or joint-trainings. Stay for the whole thing. Don't act up. -Actively attend raids or joint-raids. Stay for the whole thing. Perform well. -Actively patrol X-101st Legion Strongholds which will be located on the group games tab. -Actively respond to defenses. Do not leave until it ends. -Meeting the standards outlined in Section [C] TO BE DEMOTED: -Insubordination: Not listening to an officer on several occasions. -Treason: Acts of betrayal. -Immaturity: Constantly acting foolish or trolling. -Harassment: You should know when enough is enough. Don't be a nuisance. -Admin Abuse: Using commands to disrupt an event or harass a member. -Abandonment of a defense without a legitimate reason. -Abandonment of a raid without a legitimate reason. -Inactivity [Strictly applies towards officers and occasionally mid ranks]. YOU MAY BE EXILED IF: -Scamming. Period. Doesn't matter if it's group related. We will not harbor thieves. -Exploiting. Hacking. Whatever it is. This is not always immediate, we will look over all evidence first. -Anything deemed by the highest levels of authority to be worth exile. Demotions are typically permanent, you will re-earn the rank you lost. They could also be temporary and a form of punishment - you will be contacted if this is the case and notified when your rank will be restored. Exiles are typically not permanent, but your join request may be denied if you were recently exiled. All cases can be discussed with you privately if you're interested in clearing the air. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [B]-Shouting Use brackets and capitalize all letters within, example: [RAID] or [PATROL]. You must use a correct tag and have a linked destination for RALLIES, RAIDS, PATROLS, DEFENSES, TRAININGS, and EVENTS or the shout may be removed. -[MSG] Public message for all to read. Concerning the group itself. -[FORUM] Use to link threads on the forum. Content will be relevant to the group. -[RALLY] Public rally. Will be used if also doing a raid. -[RAID] Calls for an attack on a clan fort. Do not pend until this tag is in use. -[PATROL] Calls for a patrol at our fort. -[DEFEND] Calls for members to defend our fort. Do not leave until it ends. -[TRAIN] Calls for a training at an official training facility. -[J-TRAIN] Signifies a Joint-Training with an ally. -[EVENT] Signifies an off-duty or on-duty session, usually for fun. Do not shout for a rally or a training during a patrol or defense. Do not shout that a training has ended or has been canceled, just clear it. When a defense has ended, you will use the [MSG] tag and give the results of the defense. Continuously spamming it with garbage, using it for personal gain or advertisement, or slander may result in punishment. Content that isn't relevant to the group may also be removed. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ [C]-Behavior Standards and other regulations You are on duty if you are at an official X-101st facility, wearing our uniform, or if the group is your primary. When you are on duty, wear the uniform. Listen to officers and obey orders they give, address them as "Sir" or "Ma'am" depending on the gender. THE WALL: -Keep your arguments off the wall. Comments may be deleted. -No spamming. Comments will be deleted. -No group advertisement. Comments will be deleted. -Threats, harassment, and other degrading remarks will be deleted. THE FORUM: You are responsible for the content you post and you understand it may reflect on us, whether you are in uniform or if the group is primaried. If you're posting negatively and we find you were representing us, you will be warned to remove the uniform and unprimary X-101st and/or stop posting. If you continue, it will incur more punishment. TRAININGS: -Wear the uniform -Allow at least 20 mins to pass before hosting a new training after one ended. -You cannot take over a training unless the host designates you. If the host disconnects, the highest rank assumes control. -All members present should participate. -Do not re-enter an open simulation if you have died unless directed to. JOINT TRAININGS: -Wear the uniform. -Listen to the allied trainer and the X-101st officer in charge of the joint session. DEFENSES/PATROLS: -Don't go to a patrol if you don't plan on eventually defending. -Do not leave defenses unless you have a valid excuse. -Actions that assist hostile users may get you kicked and possibly demoted. -Keep flaming to a minimum. If it's out of control it will incur punishment. If you are patrolling, you should seek out people to come raid - you may use the forum. If nobody comes after 15-20 minutes, you are dismissed. If a defense is being interrupted due to exploits, leave that server and go to the next one. RAIDS: -Take pictures from the moment it becomes official until it's end result. Send them to the raid leader. -Team chat will be enforced. Minimize conversation with the other team. -Pay attention to the directions of officers. -If you're talking and it isn't relevant to the raid, then don't talk. -Actions that assist hostile users may get you demoted. -Keep flaming to a minimum. If it's out of control it will incur punishment. If a raid is being interrupted due to exploits or admin abuse that completely prevent any chance of winning - the commanding officer should recall all members to the rally. DO NOT GO TO THE FORUMS! If you think you were kicked or banned from a raid without good reason - consult the admin who removed you or the X-101st officer in charge of the raid. DO NOT GO TO THE FORUMS! ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ -Written by elite6247 -Effective immediately as of posted
