**Introduction
We have many bills that sit on the trello for weeks, and months, just because people do not vote on them. This bill will solve that issue.
**Section 1
If a bill has not reached the minimum amounts of votes required for it to pass/fail within 1 WEEK (7 days):
The bill will pass/fail depending on the majority of ayes or nays it currently has.
EXAMPLE:
A bill sits on the trello for 1 week, and it only has 4 nays and 2 ayes. The bill would fail since it has more nays then ayes.
EXAMPLE TWO:
A bill sits on the trello for 1 week, and it only has 3 ayes and 1 nay. The bill would pass and go onto the mayor since it has more ayes than nays.

**Section 2
The time period may be extended if a motion is made on the LVCC trello and it passes. Time extensions may only happen twice and they can only be for up to 1 week (7 days) each extension. (similar to the renewal of a book at the library)
**Section 3
This will effect all current bills on the trello and any other bills thereafter unless this bill is repealed.
