▹ SECTION A: ABOUT CONTRACT FORCES OF AMERICA
The CFA was based out of Mainland America with headquarters in Freeport. Most of the CFA's operators were former USCPF and CDF soldiers. Although most of their key staff were Bahamians in origin, some of its founding members were Cuban, largely because of Cuba's ties to the Bahamas prior to the nuclear devastation which would ravish the world. The CFA currently has peacekeeping operations taking place in Hawaii, Brazil and Georgia.

Contract Forces of America is committed to being a leading provider of high-quality training and security services, while adhering to the highest standards of ethics and integrity and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Its values are reflected in the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.
ㅤ• Respect:
The Company is committed to the principle that all individuals should be treated with dignity and respect. Each employee of Contract Forces of America is expected to treat his or her fellow colleagues, independent contractors, consultants, suppliers, and customers with dignity and respect at all times by refraining from abusive, hostile, or otherwise disrespectful behaviour.
ㅤ• Unprofessional Behaviour:
Company employees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and in a manner consistent with our values at all times. Unprofessional behaviour or conduct that negatively affects the Company’s business interests or reputation is prohibited.
ㅤ• Fraternisation:
All employees are strictly prohibited from unduly familiar relationships (fraternisation) with customers of Blackwater on Blackwater grounds. Such personal relationships may create conflicts of interest, disruption, litigation risk, a negative or unprofessional work environment, or present concerns regarding supervision, security, morale, and contract compliance.
