In my opinion voice chat would be great idea because games such as Apocalypse Rising and the Mad Murderer but I do understand that there will be some issues with this.
People may abuse this by swearing and insulting others.
But you could try and stop this by having something like overwatch from CS:GO and once the "Overwatch" person reports them they will have to go through some questions about the person they reported and if they fill out certain ones it will then be passed to a MOD to make a decision.
A person can become overwatch by having BC because some people will make new accounts to get unbanned and swear but I HIGHLY DOUBT that they will pay $6 to swear and immediately get banned.
Also they could become overwatch by reporting people the swearers and insulters and becoming well known by the moderators and the mods can trust these people to become overwatch.
