i think it should be so only people above 18 should be able to use DevEx because people like d4rk886 is using his money too buy food and that kind of stuff while other Developers that are under 18 and use DevEx has a family and parents that buy food for them. Now please dont come and say that those under 18 are homeless and need this money too buy food and stuff, if you are under 18,homeless and uses Roblox to get cash you should probably ask for an adoption or go seek the police. (and sell you computer if you must...)

Some Devs are younger than 18. They make their own money, and they worked for it, so they deserve it.
