Section I: Introduction.
Hello, My name is Airplane1221 and I am running for the Council for the City of Norfolk In this speech, I will be telling you how I will make Norfolk better and , how I will reduce the crime rate and how we can make Norfolk the best it has been in a long time. I will also be telling you about my experience and why I should be chosen.

Section II: Experience.
I have been in Congress many, and I mean many times. I know what goes on in a congressional meeting room. I know how to write legislation and all that good stuff. My congressional experience has been based in Rockport and Docklands. I was a former Senator and 2x House Representative and Court Jutice here in Rockport. I am a fellow NCPD Officer, a NCFD Captain, Dispatch and NCPD SWAT team as a Occupation Specialist.

Section III: What my plans are.
I plan to bring legislation that will help the State, not make it worse. I won't submit bills that give Senators or House Representatives admin. No, that's just stupid. I will handwrite legislation that is made by myself. I will be listening to the citizen's voices, while also giving them one. I plan to bring in laws that should have been here in the first place. Stricter admin restrictions, safer gun laws, stricter traffic laws and more. These are just some of the plans that I have. I also want to hear requests from the citizens. That's why I will make a forum for the citizens to post their legislation ideas so that we can all make Norfolk better. I would like to have some Middle Class Citizens own a legal pepper spray for protection.

I have been in Congress much longer than the candidates that are currently running. I know what happens in a Congressional Meeting place. I know how to write legislation, I know what this city needs, I know what we can do to make this city great. I will help out NCPD and NCFD what they need in the city. I will try to reduce people from fighting NCPD. I know why I am here today. I am here to make Norfolk the great. I have the experience that is required to be in Congress, I have the knowledge that is required. I am probably the best candidate you will find in this election.
